Develop and execute marketing & communication strategies to promote TUI BLUE Berawa.
Manage social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content (videos, blogs, press releases) to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with agencies/vendors for advertising, PR, and media partnerships.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints (online & offline).
Support sales/promotional initiatives and crisis communications if needed.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email campaigns).Experience with brand management, PR, and media relations.Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and CMS/design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal); additional languages a plus.Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
