Serve as the primary liaison between regional and global category for implementation of sourcing strategy and activities to site Operation and all project-related procurement matters Collaborate with site Planning, Quality, Production, Logistics, Commercial, Customer care, and other cross functional teams to ensure continuity of supply and efficiency to support site Operations Support Site Audits for internal compliance / external certifications. Support Global sourcing teams in sourcing portfolio management on assigned category(s) of Raw Materials Develop local sourcing strategies and contribute to procurement projects and site continuous improvement initiatives. Managing site localization and regional sourcing initiatives with an ability to analyse and understand data and TCO concepts through implementation. Ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address complicated, day-to-day problems to support site Operations. Co-ordinate procurement activities at site and SEA region. Prepare and request for price quotation based on raw material requirements by ensuring competitive sourcing and meet quality requirements and to mitigate procurement risks through cross-functional assessments and proactive risk management. Experience working in a project-driven environment with continuous improvement mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex projects efficiently. Proficiency in system and data management (Excel, SAP, and data analysis). Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal); A proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong focus on results.
