What Will You Do:As the Vice President of Risk Management, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust risk management framework to ensure the responsible and sustainable growth of our lending portfolio. You will lead a team of risk professionals and work closely with other departments to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with our lending operations. You will lead a team of risk professionals and work closely with other departments to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with our lending operations.

Develop and oversee the risk management strategy for SME and supply chain lending.
Lead a team of risk management professionals, setting goals, and providing guidance.
Design and implement risk assessment models, credit policies, and underwriting guidelines.
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with the technology and data analytics teams to improve risk assessment models.
Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the board of directors.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in risk management.

What Are The Requirement:

>10 years of experience in risk management, particularly in the financial services industry with a focus on SME and supply chain lending.
Proven leadership experience in risk management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, underwriting, and portfolio management.
Familiarity with FinTech and digital lending technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
Driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
