Perform regular fraud risk assessments and up to date on the recent fraud trend to identify possible threats and vulnerabilities, recommending and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Build fraud awareness culture and training programs for employees to foster a culture of vigilance and accountability.
Maintain detailed documentation of fraud prevention processes and procedures.
Responsible in leading team of fraud prevention specialists, investigators, and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations, to enhance fraud prevention efforts and response capabilities.

Minimum of 13 years of experience in roles related to payments,banking, or other financial services.
Proficient in utilizing spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools such as pivot tables, PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau for effective data interpretation and visualization.
