  • Responsible in developing and implement a proactive fraud prevention and detection strategy.
  • Anticipate fraud detection challenges at both the strategic and portfolio levels and provide analytical and modeling solutions to preemptively address them.
  • Establish and build efficient fraud detection tools, processes, and controls across all business units and channels to effectively identify and mitigate fraud risks.
  • Perform regular fraud risk assessments and up to date on the recent fraud trend to identify possible threats and vulnerabilities, recommending and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  • Build fraud awareness culture and training programs for employees to foster a culture of vigilance and accountability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of fraud prevention processes and procedures.
  • Responsible in leading team of fraud prevention specialists, investigators, and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Responsibly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations, to enhance fraud prevention efforts and response capabilities.

  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in roles related to payments,banking, or other financial services.
  • Proficient in utilizing spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools such as pivot tables, PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau for effective data interpretation and visualization.
  • Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, adapting quickly to changes and challenges inherent in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
  • Display a strong technical acumen, allowing for the effective utilization of technological tools and resources to address fraud-related issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with C-level management teams from partner organizations, effectively conveying complex information and fostering productive collaborations.
