- Driving innovation and process improvements within the department.

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring consistent execution of company standards.

- Implement technology and process improvements to optimize inventory forecasting and replenishment.
- Managing budgets for operations, forecasting, and P&L accountability for store performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Managing budgets and analysing financial data to guide decision-making.
- Monitoring market trends and adapting strategies to remain competitive.
- Building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing operations team (regional managers, area managers, and store managers).
- Fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Work with HR team to design training programs to enhance operational capabilities and leadership pipeline.
- Report regularly to the executive team on key operational metrics and performance insights.
- Drive adoption of retail technologies (POS systems, inventory management tools, customer analytic).
- Implement omnichannel strategies, integrating e-commerce and physical store operations.
- Explore automation and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
- A strong educational background in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within the retail industry.
- At least 12 years of working experience in a reputable business, and a start-up experience.
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Structure thinking, and ability to lead a team.
- Experience in managing financial and operational aspects of a business unit.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
