Head of Property Business Unit (Kalimantan)

• Lead the full property development lifecycle, including feasibility studies, planning, design, construction, and operations/property management.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the property portfolio in line with the company's business objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Conduct market and financial analysis to support investment decisions and optimize project returns.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning, and environmental standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, investors, and business partners.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
• Drive innovation and implement best practices in sustainable development and property management.

• This position will be based in Kalimantan
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 20 years' experience in property development with a proven record in residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent financial skills with the ability to evaluate feasibility studies and business cases.
• Deep understanding of Indonesia's property market and regulations, ideally with experience in Kalimantan.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
