Job Responsibilities
- Finish product's final inspection - Lead and drive the proper implementation of in-process production process controls, incoming materials quality control process, and finished goods storage quality assurance - Daily production order status checking and monitoring and collaborate with production leadership in resolving production issues that may affect delivery timelines - Assist Manager in coordinating with the factory production team and Dev-com team the proper and timely execution of T4 production trials and in making sure COVA's are available for critical processes - Drive and lead the factory production teams in driving the implementation of quality and productivity improvement programs - Monitor the assigned facilities materials and FST Lab testing review and audit incoordination with lab team - Provide on-site assistance to the ESC team in the monitoring and pushing compliance to ESC production standards - Assist in on-site monitoring of product security compliance upon request by the Product - Security team or when mandated by the company leadership - Other responsibilities as neededJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Min. Diploma degree ・Business English proficiency (ability to coordinate with foreigners with not difficulties) ・Min. 2 years of working experience in reputable multinational footwear company as QC with familiarity in functions such as production, commercialization, development, quality control, able to use Visio ・Good understanding and experience in footwear manufacturing process, good product eye, good abstract & color recognition, footwear inspection ・Computer literate ・Healthy and not color blind ・Has integrity, honest, excellent communication, smart, good interpersonal skill
