  • Responsible for the direction and delivery of project planning outcomes within schedule, cost, quality and safety for a mega projects
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a project master plan and schedule to meet the project objectives
  • Ensure adherence to best practice project management principles and managing the project delivery services
  • Managing the overall project controls, planning & scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management for the project
  • Monitoring of project scope and deliverables including application of change management processes
  • Managing the development, monitoring and controlling of the project schedule.
  • Formulating and controlling of the project budget
  • To develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project
Qualifications
  • Degree in any engineering disciplines / project management / construction or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in relevant field in the oil and gas industry.
  • Relevant EPCM/EPC experience across the project services space within planning/scheduling/project controls/reporting for the resources sector
  • Offshore and onshore oil and gas experience preferred
  • Experience in mining and clean energy will also be advantageous
  • Takes ownership of deliverables with the ability to work independently or as part of a wider group
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • High proficient at industry software such as Primavera P6, Power BI etc.
  • Experience in risk management and cost and schedule probabilistic risk analysis an advantage
  • Comfortable with business development and winning work
  • Strong at building relationships and managing projects
