All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel's policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.
The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members
A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.
The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Minimum experience in an F&B service role within hospitality environments.
Excellent oral and written communication in both local language and English; additional languages are a strong asset.
Skilled in teamwork, time management, and problem-solving under pressure, while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
Computer literate with ability to operate office equipment; proficiency in Excel and Word is advantageous.
Passionate for Food & Beverage, people-oriented, responsible, flexible, reliable, and aligned with Kempinski's core values of European luxury and service excellence.
