Key Responsibilities:Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of polyurethane solutions for mattress and furniture applications.
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers in the mattress and furniture industry, showcasing the technical advantages of our polyurethane products.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans with a focus on technical specifications and features.
Product Knowledge:
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to stay abreast of the latest product developments.
  • Communicate technical features and benefits of our polyurethane products to clients.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct technical market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical insights to the company for product enhancements or new offerings.
Customer Engagement:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their specifications.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and technical support.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure the seamless delivery of technical solutions to customers.
  • Provide technical training and support to the sales team.
Key commercially focused role|part of global multinational company
  • Proven experience in technical sales within the polyurethane industry, preferably in mattresses and furniture.
  • Strong technical knowledge of polyurethane applications and products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding technical sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
The Technical Sales Manager is responsible to lead and drive growth within the mattress and furniture business.You are expected to build strong customer relationships and develop new business acquisitions within furniture and mattras business.
