- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify and target potential customers in the mattress and furniture industry, showcasing the technical advantages of our polyurethane products.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans with a focus on technical specifications and features.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to stay abreast of the latest product developments.
- Communicate technical features and benefits of our polyurethane products to clients.
- Conduct technical market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical insights to the company for product enhancements or new offerings.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their specifications.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure the seamless delivery of technical solutions to customers.
- Provide technical training and support to the sales team.
- Proven experience in technical sales within the polyurethane industry, preferably in mattresses and furniture.
- Strong technical knowledge of polyurethane applications and products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding technical sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
