- Content Creation & Production: Brainstorm creative concepts, storyboards, scripts. Ensure high-quality visuals, audio, and storytelling in all video outputs
- Pre- & Post-Production : Planining & Optimize video production on multiple channel (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TIktok)
- Performance Tracking : Video Metric, Engagement
- Heavily Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI scriptwriting, generative AI for visuals/effects) to enhance creativity and efficiency
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows or sitemaps
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot interaction problems
- Conduct content research and product/content adjustments based on user feedback
- Mastery of interaction design skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong storytelling, cinematography, and motion graphics skills
- Ability to evaluate and implement AI tools ethically and effectively to streamline workflows
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative use of AI in video projects. (Prefered)
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Experience in content creation or interactive storytelling product is preferrable
