Research and Development Manager Adhesive (R&D)

• Lead and manage R&D projects focused on adhesive formulation and development.
• Develop and refine adhesive formulations, understanding material chemistry and production processes.
• Analyze and understand the impact of production equipment on product properties and performance.
• Evaluate various materials and alternatives, assessing their impact on adhesive properties and performance.
• Maintain relationships with material suppliers and key contacts.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Preferably at least 5-7 years of experience in Research and Development
• Strong knowledge of adhesive formulation, chemical processes, and production equipment.
• Deep understanding of material types and their impact on product performance.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and sourcing materials.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
