HR Recruitment & Trainer

• Fulfill HR needs in accordance with the MPP & User Request
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Carrying out new employee recapitulations every month, preparing materials/handbooks for orientation, presenting materials to new employees.
• Facilitate employee training
• Carrying out Training Need Analysis and reports
• Create, plan and provide training materials according to the needs of the
• Conduct employee performance evaluations
• Checking employee contract status, coordinating with users regarding filling in employee performance evaluation forms, recapping and documenting employee evaluation results.
• Make reports related to recruitment & training operational activities

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or education.
• Experienced in the field of Human Resources Development or as a Trainer
• Master interview techniques and psychological tests
• Mastering the creation of modules, syllabus, materials and becoming a trainer.
• Have good communication skill
