- Conduct comprehensive analysis of our current HR recruitment systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, challenges, and objectives to ensure the HR system aligns with business goals.
- Lead the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for recruitment systems, including planning, analysis, design, testing, and reporting, to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Apply appropriate software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to manage system enhancements or implementations effectively.
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed system specifications for the IT development team.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, management, and end-users to ensure the recruitment system meets all stakeholder requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and recruitment trends to recommend system improvements or innovations.
- Perform data analysis to assess system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R for in-depth analysis.
- Develop and manage reports related to recruitment system performance, providing insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Use project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Trello, to track project progress and ensure timely delivery of system improvements.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR system analysis, with a focus on recruitment systems.
- Experienced in job marketplace or recruitment system company is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including planning, analysis, design, testing, and reporting.
- Proficiency in relevant software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, tailored to HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of business requirements analysis with the ability to translate these into detailed system specifications.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and end-users.
- Familiarity with common HR System platforms and technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Ability to develop and manage recruitment system performance reports.
- Skilled in using project management and collaboration software like Jira and Trello.
