Within it, the Planning & Strategic Projects (PSP) team oversees COE governance, future planning, and key initiatives, while also serving as the main regional operations contact for product teams to enhance merchant and driver partner experiences.Get to Know the RoleYou will work with cross-functional and country-specific teams to implement projects that enhance business efficiency and improve customer and partner experiences. Your duties will involve collecting data, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting effective operational solutions. You will also support the team in making strategic, data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will assist in developing dashboards and data visualizations to ensure high operational efficiency and an excellent user experience. This role will be based onsite in Jakarta and you will be reporting to Regional Platform Safety Manager.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Analyze rich user behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that would help derive Grab's quality frameworks and operational efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement decisions.
  • Develop and communicate insights and recommended actions to stakeholders to manage risk through effective data visualization.
  • Develop and improve frameworks and their associated data pipelines, policies, and processes on user experiences.
  • Drive standardization and documentation of processes, ensuring changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with country and regional stakeholders to gather input and execute new policies and processes.
  • Support any ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
  • Possess at least a quantitative Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Computer Engineering, Business Analysis, Information Technology, Data Sciences, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional working experience as a hands-on analyst in a high-tech company.
  • Strong experience in handling large-scale unstructured data. Proficiency in SQL or other data handling tools, with the ability to uncover insights from the data.
  • Business intelligence experience using tools such as Power BI, and Google Sheets.
  • Working experience with automation tools such as Slide and Airflow
