As an Enterprise Risk Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing risk management frameworks, Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and policies in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and assessing the organisation's risk exposure across various business functions.
  • Providing strategic insights to senior management on risk mitigation strategies and opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international risk-related regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive management.
  • Preparing detailed risk reports and presenting findings to the board and relevant committees.
  • Leading risk assessments for new projects, initiatives, or partnerships within the financial services industry.
  • Supervising and mentoring risk team members to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
