LI] Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

• Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's ERM framework, policies, and procedures.

• Support risk identification and assessment processes across different business units and functions.

• Analyze and evaluate risks using quantitative and qualitative methods, including risk modeling and scenario analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

• Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in conducting risk reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with risk management software tools and platforms is a plus.
