- Partner with stakeholder to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people development.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfillment of store staffing needs.
- Oversee onboarding and store-level orientation to ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
- Implement and monitor engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies for store teams.
- Handle store-level employee relations matters, escalating cases as needed and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Monitor key HR metrics for stores (turnover, absenteeism, probation success rate) and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Support policy implementation and ensure consistent application across store locations.
- Coordinate with the GA team to ensure stores receive timely support for facility maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and store ambience.
- Monitor GA-related service levels (supplies, uniforms, vendor services) and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
- Support operational readiness for store events, seasonal campaigns, and store openings/renovations in coordination with GA and Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in retail, F&B, or multi-location operations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and basic GA operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable traveling to store locations and managing multiple priorities.
