- Structuring training needs analysis.
- Create and execute internal development program.
- Improving the centralized learning center.
- Act as facilitator and support learning delivery (attendance, notes, presentation, and internal promotion material).
- Support post-performance review action in Mekari.
- Support probation process for new joiner (do checkpoints scheduling & interview).
- Maintain post-development program evaluation.
- Preferably possess backgrounds in psychology, communication/PR, or management.
- Team player, responsible initiative taker, and problem solver.
- Having a good time and project management is a must.
- Self-confident, creative, and innovative.
- Having basic level proficiency in using spreadsheets (Vlookup, IFs, Pivot).
