- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and incentive programs to drive sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in real estate sales, with a successful track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, legal regulations, and customer behaviour.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
