- Developing and executing direct-to-consumer (D2C) online business strategies to meet sales & growth objectives.
- Analysing market trends and customer behaviours to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align online strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitoring the performance of D2C online platforms and recommending improvements for enhanced user experience.
- Managing online campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations in all online operations.
- Preparing detailed reports and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a strong background in online sales & e-commerce especially within retail industries, with a focus on online and direct-to-consumer channels.
- This role only open for Korean Expatriates, open for candidates that are currently based in Indonesia or across Asia that is willing to be relocated to be based in Jakarta.
- Proficiency in English and Native Korean language.
- Experience in managing online sales of retail products with high-end segments is a must.
- Ability to work in a lean structured team.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in online platforms and e-commerce tools.
