- Team Leadership and Management
- Oversee and manage the live commerce team, including livestream hosts, moderators, affiliate marketers, and video content creators.
- Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Livestream Operations
- Supervise livestream campaigns in coordination with the livestream manager, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and support during livestreams to maximize audience engagement and sales performance.
- Coordinate with production, content, and technical teams to deliver high-quality livestream experiences.
- Affiliate and Video Content Management
- Oversee affiliate marketing initiatives to expand client reach and drive incremental sales.
- Ensure the production of engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with client branding and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate video content and affiliate strategies into broader eCommerce plans.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze live commerce KPIs, including Enter Room Rate, GMV, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop and share performance reports with clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Benchmark client performance across categories and platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding live commerce initiatives, ensuring exceptional service and results.
- Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) to stay updated on new features and opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in live commerce, eCommerce, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute winning strategies for global and regional brands.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of live commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Lazada Live).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in performance tracking tools and eCommerce analytics platforms.
- Passionate about eCommerce and staying ahead of industry trends.
