- Conduct in-depth research on materials, technology, and construction methods to improve production efficiency.
- Develop and test product prototypes before implementation in production.
- Identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in products under development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of materials, designs, and production methods based on data and testing.
- Provide technical recommendations to the operations and engineering teams regarding product development results.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material testing and procurement of new raw materials.
- Develop work standards, procedures, and technical specifications that can be widely implemented.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation related to research results, testing, and product evaluations.
- Create innovative solutions to optimize production processes and product quality.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry; a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, specifically in research and product development within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Able to develop and test new materials, methods, and technologies to enhance production efficiency.
- Proficient in R&D-related software, such as CAD, BIM, or engineering simulation software.
- Capable of identifying technical issues and finding innovative solutions.
- Strong data analysis skills to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and materials being developed.
- Able to work closely with the product team, production team, and field team to ensure optimal product implementation.
- Strong communication skills in presenting ideas, research findings, and technical recommendations.
- Skilled in developing an R&D timeline that aligns with company targets.
- Efficient in managing research projects from concept to implementation.
- Innovation-driven, aiming to create products that are more efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective.
