- Lead end-to-end HR operations across all in-country branches to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Guide and support site-level HR teams in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with local labor laws while aligning with the organization's broader mission and values.
- Champion a culture of service, empathy, and accountability across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement talent retention strategies to support continuous operational readiness and capability building.
- Serve as a key liaison with regional HR counterparts to ensure alignment of people initiatives and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with prior experience in a senior HR leadership role overseeing multiple business units or branch operations.
- Strong understanding of local labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing HR teams remotely and across multiple sites.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to driving operational efficiency and cultural alignment.
- Fluent in English
