The HR Manager will oversee all Human Resources operations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager and collaborating functionally with the APAC HR Director, this role will guide multiple teams to support Lesaffre's long-term mission and vision.Job DescriptionRole & Responsibilities:1. HR Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on employment trends, laws, and implement relevant HR policy changes.
- Budget for and execute country-specific HR strategies and initiatives.
- Drive compliance while integrating Lesaffre Group’s global HR initiatives.
- Oversee programs like compensation, benefits, leave, talent management, training, and disputes.
- Harmonize HR practices across all Lesaffre subsidiaries in Indonesia.
- Lead local and expatriate hiring aligned with the business needs.
- Build a talent pipeline for business-critical roles.
- Enhance onboarding processes to create positive new hire experiences.
- Lead the annual talent review aligned with company strategy.
- Prepare and execute training calendars and development programs.
- Identify and collaborate with training vendors for relevant skill development.
- Monitor employee satisfaction, discipline, and industrial harmony.
- Promote diversity, workplace safety, and address employee welfare needs.
- Maintain a healthy employee-management relationship, including unions.
- Lead HR metrics reporting and ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws.
- Support global mobility for expatriates and train local talent overseas.
- Organize and innovate projects tied to the "Garuda Expansion Project." in Malang
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years+ HR experience (minimum 10 years in MNC or food manufacturing settings preferred).
- Proven leadership in multicultural environments.
- Strong expertise in HR operations, talent management, and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Competence in HR information systems (HRIS)
