Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business with manufacturers and distributors in the Personal Care segment.
  • Drive revenue growth in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Manage the entire sales process-from lead generation to production orders.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across purchasing, lab, and production teams.
  • Travel to meet clients, nurture accounts, and expand product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to establish and maintain buying relationships.
  • Manage and grow key accounts in the Jakarta region.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including 5+ years in chemical sales for Personal Care (MUST HAVE).
  • Proven track record in new business development, especially with midsize accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Chemistry background a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prioritization, time management, and strategic planning skills.
