- Responsible as the central of knowledge for Mekari's CRM
- Build and monitor strong relationships with related stakeholders in improving business efficiency and capabilities through CRM functionalities
- Troubleshoot and fix all issues with business operations and CRM tool sets as necessary.
- Maintaining and improving data management which related to business processes and its accuracy
- Working with relevant technical team to manage CRM system and data warehousing
- Develop and maintain SOP in regards to the CRM development and improvements
- Closely collaborate with product / commercial team to integrate and align process improvement between product / commercial and business objectives
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or similar
- Prior database management, preferable in a similar role
- Good analytical thinking, and willing to learn
- Excellent management skills
- Ability good collaboration with other division
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (both written & verbal)
