As our Lead Teacher, you'll take the lead in creating a nurturing, engaging classroom where children feel safe, curious, and excited to learn. You'll plan and deliver lessons aligned with our preschool curriculum, monitor individual progress, and adapt activities to meet each child's needs. You'll also foster strong connections with parents and collaborate closely with fellow teachers to provide the best early learning experience possible.What You'll Do

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the preschool curriculum.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Monitor and assess children's progress, tailoring support where needed.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Support emotional, social, and cognitive growth through age-appropriate activities.

Maintain classroom organization, hygiene, and safety.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of preschool or early childhood teaching experience.

Experience with toddlers (1-3 years) preferred.

Comfortable teaching with parents present in the classroom.

Strong English communication skills.

Solid understanding of child development and learning strategies.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Creative, adaptable, and able to design engaging activities.

Team player who collaborates well with other staff.

Passionate about working with young children; patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic.

Open to ongoing training and professional development.
