Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the real estate.
Ensure the production and supply of energy at all times.
Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the hotel's procedures in regards to the guest contact.
Optimize maintenance costs.
Comply with all Kempinski company policies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Indonesian citizen with proven project experience in 5 stars hotel
Strong technical competence across HVAC, MEP, and Fire Life Safety
Experience supporting pre-opening or major repositioning programs
Very good leadership by motivating and empowering multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
