- Own the end-to-end management of sales, revenue, and strategic relationships for a key modern trade account.
- Lead negotiations for annual contracts, trading terms, and joint business plans.
- Drive sales and brand visibility across both freestanding and built-in product categories in modern trade channels.
- Ensure in-store execution aligns with guidelines for pricing, display, promotions, and overall brand visibility.
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out trends, margin performance, and category dynamics to inform business decisions.
- Convert insights into targeted action plans covering promotions, inventory adjustments, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Category teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Liaise with regional and local teams to monitor product availability and optimize account performance.
- Manage and track promoter effectiveness, working with Trade Marketing to improve deployment strategies and incentive plans.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and expansion into new store locations within the account's network.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and action plans to address any gaps.
- Present strategic account reviews and updates to senior leadership.
- 10-12 years of experience in Modern Trade Sales, background selling home appliances or premium consumer durables is a must.
- Have strong networks with top electronics retail accounts in Jakarta.
- Expertise in sales analytics, structured account planning, and performance monitoring.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and proactive, with a practical, hands-on approach. Capable of working independently and taking full ownership of outcomes.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory
