insights. * Support licensed partners in optimizing their center-level sales effectiveness throughtraining, campaign execution, and performance management. * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 3 Regional Directors. Foster acollaborative, results-oriented culture. * Collaborate with the national marketing team to design and execute impactful campaignsthat drive leads, enrolments, and retention. Monitor performance and adapt strategies as
needed. * Use KPIs and reporting tools to monitor national and regional performance.
