- Strong sales skills and experience in business development

- Experienced in finding potential clients/customers through visiting, social media & phone calls.
- Experience working with POS software, accounting software, such as Moka POS, Jurnal-Mekari, Majoo, Accurate, Zahir, Booble id, klikpajak, and other software/applications.
- Has extensive knowledge related to the functions of tax consultants and accounting consultants for our target market, business owners, can create business plans and have experience pitching to business owners, at least able to explain why tax/accounting consultants should be used in the company.
- Experience in organizing seminars/webinars, and business chats (business chats with UMKM business owners), at least being an MC-moderator.
- Has a large database of business owners
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
