Placed: Bandung/JogjaSenior Frontend Engineer is a key technical leader responsible for shaping and maintaining high development standards across the front-end engineering team at Everpro. They also mentor junior frontend engineers and collaborate closely with product and design teams.Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using React or Vue.
Optimize JavaScript and UI performance for fast-loading, responsive applications.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and accessibility standards.
Lead frontend code reviews and improve team coding standards.
Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to develop seamless user experiences.
Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks.
Mentor and guide junior frontend engineers, fostering skill development.
Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, evaluating their potential benefits for Everpro.
Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making, ensuring Everpro’s front-end architecture remains scalable and future-proof.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of experience in frontend development.
Strong expertise in React, VueJS, NuxtJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Experience with state management and frontend performance optimization.
Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and best practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
