
Customer Development Partner (Jakarta, Bali, Medan)

- Manage and develop assigned areas (Bali, Jakarta, or Medan) with a focus on sales growth for local vodka, gin, and rum products.
- Maintain and grow relationships with on-trade (bars, clubs, restaurants), off-trade (wholesalers, liquor stores), and retail clients.
- Execute sales plans and ensure alignment with trade marketing activities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal sales & marketing teams (may work directly with or be the +1 of a Sales & Marketing lead).
- Ensure product visibility and activation at point of sale.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or customer development, preferably in FMCG or alcoholic beverage industries.
- Exposure to on-trade, off-trade, and retail channels is a strong advantage.
- Open to relocation within the assigned regions (Bali / Jakarta / Medan).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with basic English communication (verbal and written).
