- Prepare restaurant tables with meticulous attention to cleanliness, presentation, and setup.
- Present menus, offer tailored food/beverage recommendations, and assist guests in selecting items.
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Upsell promotional items, complementary products, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and team members to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address needs to ensure a positive experience.

- Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
- Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
- Proficient in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
- Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
