- Onboard new suppliers to become Kredimall sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers.
- Manage and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives from sellers.
- Curate and select the right product assortment to ensure relevance and competitiveness on Kredimall.
- Monitor and improve seller performance through regular tracking and analysis.
- Schedule and lead monthly performance review meetings with sellers to evaluate results and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing sellers in a marketplace environment, preferably within the gadget/electronics category.
- Strong network and industry knowledge in gadgets/electronics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experienced in gadget category merchandiser in online marketplace is preferable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a startup mindset.
