  • Manage and grow sales across Cikarang, Bekasi, and Bandung.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers
  • Conduct value-based sales presentations, highlighting reliability, technology, and aftersales advantages over lower-cost competitors.
  • Leverage existing databases and personal networks to generate qualified leads, while continuously expanding the customer base.
  • Handle project management and contract negotiations end-to-end.
  • Maintain regular customer visits (Tuesday-Friday), with office reporting on Mondays at the office.
  • Achieve annual sales targets.
Working With Senior StakeholdersCompetitive Salary
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial solutions, machinery, or technical products.
  • Proven ability in solution selling / value selling - comfortable selling premium-priced products.
  • Strong network / customer database in manufacturing or industrial sectors (metalworking background is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mandarin language skills a plus.
