- Ensure that ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality for every dish.
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing food inventory and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to improve skills and foster a positive teamwork atmosphere.
- Participate in training new staff members and provide guidance when required.
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef or similar role, focusing on Korean cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Korean cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn.
