- Provide effective strategical recommendations with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that is align with business's growth goals.
- Plan and execute effective solutions, improvements and workaround to complex business problems.
- Manage good communication with senior leaderships and departmental heads to ensure strategy alignment.
- Oversee the ongoing high level projects and give feedback to the team accordingly.
- Gather relevant information (from internal & external stakeholders) and conduct necessary market analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of combined experience from combat/warship project management.
- Have a deep interest and enthusiasm in the field.
- Advanced problem solving skills, proactive and have the ability to focus in a fast paced environment
- Well developed communication with various stakeholders with different background.
- English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
- Willing to travel for business purposes and "get your hands dirty".
