- Oversee mid- and long-tail merchants through the use of scalable incubation and management programs and tools.
- Oversee the preparation, approval, and management of contracts to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Lead customer negotiations to secure agreements that align with both client and company objectives.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support internal reviews and decision-making processes.
- Manage authorization workflows and ensure effective execution of all account-related activities.
- Uphold the quality of service offered by sellers, aiming for low cancellation and return rates, efficient shipping times, and other factors that boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- 5-8 years in account management or related roles
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
- Attention to detail, comfort with numerical data, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives
- Experienced in selling ICT Software/Hardware products, such as infrastructure solutions, Cloud, Cybersecurity or others.
- Strong network within local SOE Telco Company
