Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support business decision-making
Prepare financial reports, including but not limited to budget and forecast, and presentations for stakeholders across the organization
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic planning and forecasting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and identify areas for process improvements
Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to support business planning
Identify and track key financial metrics and trends to support decision-making
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

What Are The Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
Experience in ERP especially Oracle Net Suite
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is preferred
Able to work independently
