Responsibilities

Take charge of implementing strategy and managing collection activities across branches in the specified area for dealer financing product.
Create and oversee collection strategies, and track progress across branches.
Monitor the collection performance and cost efficiencies of all branches.
Be accountable for achieving collection targets across branches.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's Degree.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role focused on Collection and Recovery within financial institutions.
Must exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as strong mathematical abilities. Additionally, proficiency in training is essential.
Display effective management skills, showcasing the ability to make decisions under challenging circumstances.
Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
