Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing local manufacturing company, is seeking a highly capable and hands on Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, leading budgeting processes, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and ensure smooth monthly closings.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze variances.
Monitor company cash flow and support financial planning.
Ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
Handle tax reporting and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Supervise and develop the finance & accounting team.
Maintain and improve ERP/accounting system accuracy and efficiency.
Drive process improvements and support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA is a plus).
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance & accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian taxation, and financial regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle, or similar ERP).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and integrity.
