- Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through field sales teams and multiple channels
- Build and maintain relationships with Local Government and key partners to secure projects
- Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reports
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectives
- Manage the sales process, ensuring accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement strategies for SME projects and community outreach
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Telco, or Tech companies.
- Experience in strategizing community outreach and engagement.
- Experience in Route to Market area planning and preparation.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Experience and knowledge of the retail sales process, data analysis, and territory management.
