In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible to build and contribute in developing new warehouse and automation system.About the Head of Warehouse (East Java) Role:
As the Head of Warehouse, you will lead all operations activities and manage big warehouse and be in charge of end-to-end process of automaton operations and distribution.Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of warehouse processes
Oversee inbound, outbound and return activities
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Manage stock control and inventory for all categories
Report and align with management for improvements, initiative and strategy
Develop the automation of Warehouse Management Systems

To succeed in this Head of Warehouse (East Java) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all teams, both external and internal matrix.Key Requirements:

At least six to eight years' experience in warehouse management
Experience in warehouse management system and automation
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong leadership, people management skill, team player and have great problem-solving skills
Good proficiency in English is a plus
Willing to be based in East Java
