- Monitor and assess credit risk exposures across various portfolios.
- Conduct detailed analysis of credit risk metrics, including but not limited to, probability of default (PD), loss given default (LGD), and exposure at default (EAD).
- Develop and implement credit risk control frameworks and methodologies to ensure effective risk management practices.
- Responsible for SLIK checking and reporting.
- Set up customer's facility activation into bank's core system.
- Review and validate credit risk models and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on credit risk metrics, trends, and exposures for senior management, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, finance, and compliance, to enhance credit risk control processes and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk control management within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of credit risk concepts, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in reporting such as SLIK OJKT and LBUT.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
