- Oversee all financial operations and activities of the company in Kalimantan, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives and drive profitability and growth.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to maintain financial stability and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead financial planning processes, including long-term financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 20 years' working experience in related field.
- Experience working in manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing principles.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Experience with ERP is an advantage.
- Strong analytic mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
