Review legal validity of documents, as well as the legal capacity of parties involved in credit agreements and collateral binding
Execute credit agreements and collateral binding with customers
Prepare and draft MoU for cooperation with KJPP
Prepare reports related to Auctions, AYDA, and Credit Agreements
Prepare documentation for Auctions and AYDA.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law
Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Legal Officer in banking, or at a notary/PPAT office
Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly in civil law and collateral/security law
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
