- Lead the architectural design process from concept to construction for high-rise projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use).
- Supervise and guide internal design teams throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate design integration with external consultants (MEP, structural, façade, etc.).
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure design intent aligns with constructability and budget.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure project timelines, design quality, and client expectations are met.
- Stay updated and ensure compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree and licensure preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in high-rise project leadership.
- Proven ability to manage and lead design teams on complex, large-scale developments.
- Strong coordination experience with consultants and construction teams.
- Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino (and other relevant tools).
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong balance of design aesthetics and practical construction knowledge.
- Familiarity with international design and building standards is an advantage.
