- Responsible for preparing, checking, installing, sterilizing, or cleaning equipment and supplies in the Operating Theater room
- Clean equipment in preparation for sterilization and record sterilization test results
- Organize and arrange specific or routine equipment that has been sterilized to be used in carrying out actions in the Operating Theatre
- Inspect equipment for leaks, looseness, or other indications of damage
- Carry out the monitoring and control process for infection control measures in accordance with the directions of the Infection Control Committee
- Implement procedures and practices that ensure quality and safety in services, including participation in training, to support the attainment of hospital-wide indicators and related departmental/unit objectives.
- Diploma (D3)/Bachelor Degree from healthcare administration, business, or any related major

- Have minimum 5 years of work experience in a hospital
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and find solutions to enhance the patient experience.
